I picked up the spreader cheap, and it appeared to all be together. Wrong! I "thought" I saw that the apron chains and pusher bars made the complete loop. Only half were there, and they were simply falling apart. Does any one know of a source for the apron chains, and/or the pusher bars for this spreader? I may try to post a photo of the not so complete spreader on the implement pages, or if someone can tell me how, I would try to post a couple with the message.

Thanks so much!! Kenneth

Kenneth,
If you need a complete apron or you are trying to complete a T-bar chain, Shoup Mfg. might be your best bet. Complete is 311.00. A #67 chain with slats, J D dealer is where you will more than likely have to go.

I'd agree with Ralph on dealing with Schoup. Good reliable company. Call 1-800-627-6137 for their spring and fall catalogs. Prices are about 2/3 of dealers, quality is good. A phone call, charge card and 2 days wait for UPS is all it takes. Dealt with them 10-15 years, always satisfied.
