Cornstalk bundler

I am looking for the machine that cuts the cornstalks in the field and bundled them in bundles. I do not know what the name of the machine. I have been told that they also tye them too.

one of my earliest memories on the farm was walking between the rows of cut off corn stocks in my bare feet.my oldest brother and sister rode on the binder tying the bundles of corn. that was the only time my dad used that john deere corn binder worst thing he ever owned.still sits in the corner of that same field.

Sounds like a "corn binder" is what you're looking for, they're getting hard to find around here. Might try posting an ad in the classifieds on the left of this board. lol Gene
