Gary,

I would think you should be able to find something close to it down to your local equipment dealer. I know I have seen something close to it at our local Mills Fleet Farm.

It's a cable clamp. Go to any Ace hardware store or cable and sling maker. Must be a F-20 cultivator?

That's heck of a cable clamp! :) But shouldn't be too hard to find, snoop around implement dealers & farm supply stores - lots of implements use something like it.
