I just got a one row corn picker which is in ok shape, but I'm not sure of what model it is . Only tag on it says New Idea Lot # 98 Coldwater Ohio. I would like to get a manual for it if I can figure out which one it is. It is a pull type I forgot to say that

Thanks Keith

Thanks that answers my question it has a wooden bottom in the elevator. I have two of them one is in fairly good shape so I think between the two I can make a good one. I'm going to restore it and pick a little ear corn to grind and feed.

Go to your New Idea dealer and look at his parts books. If you have 98-100 grease fittings it may be a #7 from 50 years ago. The latter ones had fewer grease fittings.
