I received a "Wills Ditcher" when I purchased my last tractor. It has a 3pt attachment and has a back hoe type bucket. This attachement has been partly re-done. Looks like it needs a cylinder attached to make it work properly. I am looking for anyone that might have information on this piece, or anyone that knows anything about it.

I have one of these ditchers for my 8N, it has a massive hydraulic pump that runs off the PTO, and a resivoir and controls that mounts directly above the pump. it uses one cylinder to articulate the boom, two smaller ones to swing it left or right, but the bucket is rigidly mounted to the arm

I saw a machine like you describe at the Canandagiua show this summer, bucket attached to about an 8' boom, set up on the back of a small cat tractor, probably a 30. It was cable operated, and dug a lot better than a Texas Teaspoon. If you can email me a picture, I'd know if it was the same attachment.
