is there a device for sharpening plow discs i have a device that i believe is used for sharpening but need a picture of how it looks and works

For regular disks (some here call them disk harrows?) there were 2 devices that sharpened the blades. A grinding wheel sharpener, and a press that 'squeezed' the blade sharp by rolling it.

The bad part of the grinder is that it removed steel from your blades, and they wear down quick enough!

The bad part of the roller is that most claim the blade would break more easily on rocks after being rolled.
