My recently acquired International 37 baler works great except the cutters do not cut the twine. I sharpened them but still do not cut. It ties a great knot. How should they be adjusted? Thanks

I just fixed this very problem on mine, it has tied over 1,000 bales this last week no problem, I got a manual from my IH dealer cost $13.00 If you want I can scan and send you the page on the twine knife adjustment, it is very picky on the adjustment I found. WP

Since nobody else has answered yet, I'll tell you
what little I can. I had several 37's, but my
manual went with the last one. All I remember is
it does give you clearances in 2 dimensions. Maybe
somebody who has a manual will come to your aid,
but if I remember right, you may need the picture
to make sense of the instructions. Best thing is
to get yourself a manual, either ebay or your
local IH (or whatever they call themselves this
week) dealer. Good luck.
