Hi all, Up where I go dirtbiking, there is a York Dirt Rake sitting in along a hedgerow, the property is an estate and the original owner passed and was bought up a couple of years ago. Would this be worth dragging home? Its missing some teeth, can they still be purchased? It's a Cat 1 after comparing it with with 3 pt specs, and is 7.5 ft wide, it doesnt have any rear wheels on it either. It does have a multitude of angle settings though. How much is this worth? I probably wouldnt sell it, but my neighbor has a AC 5030 I could probably get off him, and the rake would fit on this wouldnt it? Sorry about the newbie questions, Thanks!
-Mike

P.S. There also is a ancient looking cultivator I could probably also get if anybodys interested...The owner is pretty generous considering he already ave me an old snowmobile. I'll have to take some pics and get it identified.

Is it actually a "York" brand rake, or are you using the term generically to indicate a landscaping or rock rake? Only reason I ask is that it will affect the availability of teeth.

If you can identify the brand and model and the manufacturer is still in business, then teeth shouldn't be a problem.

The lack of gauge wheels is somewhat of a negative, but it's still a very useful tool. 7-1/2 foot it a pretty good sized rake. I'm pulling 5 feet with a 20 horse tractor, I'd think you'd want 30 at least for a 7-1/2.

If it's all there, and solid, it's worth a couple of hundred dollars anyway.
