What is this attached to my ford 3600. It bolts under where the drawbar would go and has arms going up to a rocker thing and bolting to the pumpkin. I need to remove this to attach a drawbar plate.

Was your tractor imported from Europe, if so, this would explain the factory cab. The pin is for towing an implement, wagon with an oval or round hole in the drawbar, there should be another piece that would drop down over the top of the pin to keep the tongue from jumping off the pin. I have seen these on JD tractors in the UK, the pin would lower to the ground and get under the tongue, then the operator would raise it up and capture it under the keeper. I knew a dealer in Northeastern England that would export Ford Tractors to the US to be auctioned.
