I bought this mower new 1 yr ago this month. I really loved it until now. Alot of grass is clumping up under the mower and not blowing out the side. I sharpened the blades, slowed the ground speed of the tractor keep the RPM's, and nothing seems to be working. It did not do this last year at all. If anybody has any to try... please post.
Thanks in advance

I have the same problem and what I have found out is that the grass going out the one side is the problem see all the grass from the other side has to go across the outher 2 blades before it goes out the side so the blade by the side shout has to work very hard and gut twice as much as the others

the only soulution that I have found is sell this mower and get a rear discharge finishing mower
this desighn gets rid of the gras out the back and does not cloug up

sorry but I belive this problem is a desine problem

I have been looking at the Woods brand finishing mower rear discharge

Had a simular problem with a Ford mower. Seems the first year the paint kept the grass from sticking. By the second year the underside of the deck had rusted and the wet grass stuck. I painted the underside of the deck with a non stick / graphite paint often used in gravity boxes and it solved the problem. I repaint every year or two when I have blades off and have time.
Your problem is problably worse when the grass is wet as it sticks more.
Hope this helps.
