Oliver #20 plow

Can anyone share information about this plow? I have one I am restoring and on the back of the moldboard is the Logo with a 'C' and showing the plow with a wodden beam and 'hilled'inscribed in the 'C' which I understand stands for "chilled" plow.

On the moldboard before the #20 Oliver is some letters and I can make out only 'I and N' something else is prior to that and can't make it out. Also on one of the ribs of the moldboard is "pat Feb 4 1880 or 1890 or 1886 or 96, would anyone know what that may really be?? This is welded on the rib.

I would like to know any info that can be shared on this plow. Thanks.
