Howdy,

Are the two point prongs on implements for use on Farmall C's the same size as the prongs for implements that work with 300's and 400's. It seems to me they are smaller, and if you wanted to use them on the bigger tractors you had to put a spacer in each 2 point pocket to take up the extra space. Is this correct? The reason I ask is I've found a 7' sickle mower in the classifieds, owner says it came off a C, and I have a 300 RC.

Thanks,

Thor

Your correct about the different size prongs and the use of shims to make the smaller prongs work in the bigger hitch. I'm not sure if the C hitch uses the smaller ones - I think it does.

Yes, the C,A, and B, and all related models all used the smaller prongs. Spacers are available at you case I.H. dealer.
