Ever hear of them ? I have a double force feed drill that I've been trying to find info on. I posted once before, a couple days ago, but now I have the name ...

It has wood spoked, metal banded wheels and a wooden hopper that I haven't been able to get to yet - it's somewhat buried under some insulation and stuff in my barn.

It appears to have 6 or more disks under the unit and a fairly long wooden tongue - it may have been converted to run on the "ole" FarmAll.

Does anyone have any information on the Ontario Drill Co.?

I have to apologize to some of you - my last post, I had asked to be e-mailed directly not realizing that others may be interested in the same implement - I won't do that this time.

Thanks Greg

We were in the woods today and found a plaque. It says Onterio Drill Co. on one side and on the other side it says East Rochester, NY. The plaque looks very old. We found it around this old house that also looks historic. The plack was against a stone wall. We are trying to find information about it. We are very interested. If anyone has information please e-mail right away.

Have my grandfathers Ontario Drill, still in great shape. Found it in old barn before my grandfathers farm was sold. Have been trying to get information on it, but no luck.

Hi,
I have one with steel wheels, ball hitch, markers and wood box. Very good drills.
You might try a post at www.antiquetractors.com
Good Luck,

Ontario drills were considered very good drills and you can still find them at auctions, sometimes in very good shape. I have a horse drawn drill similar to the one you discribe and a tractor drawn one which is same design only bigger and with rubber tires. I'm not sure where you can find written info. I'd be interested in hearing an answer as to what info is available.
