I have an old John Blue Model G-1000 tractor. It seems to have been used as a small farm tractor, or orchard tractor. I think it was sold new in the 60's, Does anyone have any information regarding this tractor. I bought it reasonable, however, might need parts for it soon. please e-mail me if you do. I don't have a picture, but Its blue... looks like very similar to an Allis Chalmers model G. I think it was used as an orchard tractor, but not sure. I just don't have any good knowledge of the mechanics of it and so forth. thanks so much

A friend has one, they have IH cub moters.They can't seem to keep theirs running. Transmission ,rear end,engine to rear coupler,reduction gear,all have caused repeated problems.My father had one for about a week.local dealer sold them,he only sold three.
