I'm looking at buying a 3pt post hole digger to use behind my Farmall 560 (Currently has a Fast Hitch but will either have a 3pt or at least the adapters).
What should I be looking for as far as gear box and such? Also, I'm assuming these things all have shear pins of some sort. What brands should I consider and what brands should I steer clear of? Any and all advice is welcome.

I have a 350IH utility with a coupler adapter for the fast hitch and a ford digger that will not fit on the tractor with any amount of modification.So, make sure your digger will fit your hitch arrangement.Good Luck.

Shoot, when I saw your topic I thought you were seeking an advanced academic degree. Farmers know what BS means. MS means More of the Same. PHD means Piled Higher and Deeper. Any more questions?
