25 years ago when I purchased my homesite off an elderly lady we stored a stone gristmill that her husband ground corn oats and wheat. It looks like a wood barrel with steel rings and a 28" stone on top and bottom. It has wood gears on bottom pinion. The grain feeds through hole in center of top stone and product comes out of small side chute. Her son has decided to do something with it. My question is how rare and how valuable. It has been covered ever since but still looks great. He drove it off an H farmall.
