What is the longest sickle bar you can buy or expect to find. I know 7 ft. is common and have seen 5 ft. and 6 ft. bars but was wondering if there were longer ones available. On the back cover of the Jul-Aug issue of Red Power there is a picture of a Super H Farmall with what looks like a blade longer than 7 ft. It may just look that way.

The longest I have seen is 9 foot. Some of the new rotary disk mowers could be longer. But they use more HP
