Plow Setup

I just purchased a IH 4x16 molboard plow and when the plow in in the ground the plow hitch is running uphill to the drawbar at quite an angle. Shouldn't the hitch be about level? It plows OK but I think that I might need to change the hitch angle. What is the right setup. Is there any setup information on plows on the internet. Thanks, Charlie

Is this a trailer plow, or a semi-mounted plow?

Sorry, I wasn't very descripitive, Its a trailer plow. It has lots of adjusting holes so if I can get the rusty bolts out its very adjustable. (might have to take the cutting torch along).
