I have a New Idea No. 506 Front End Loader that I just "found buried in my barn. Can someone tell me how to attach the hydraulics? The loader has 1 hose
connection and the Farmall H has 3, 2 on the left and 1 on the right or better yet, does anyone want to e-mail me an instruction page(s)?

I also have a New Idea syckle bar and need to know how to properly attach that, it connects to my PTO but, doesn't seem to fit right and I've been told that it
breaks the hardwood shaft all the time ??? Any Idea's or diagrams on that, too?

Do you have the "parking stands" that come with the 506 loader? If so, can you give me the dimensions, and maybe a couple of pictures showing how the stands attach to the loader? Also, can you please tell me how heavey the stands are? I don't mean weight, I am concerned with the size of the tubes, and whether they are pipe of some sort of tubing. Thanks,
Tex

You can connect the hose to any of the 3 outlets, although sometimes the rear of the two on the 2 on the left has a delay of a second or two (for lifting the rear section of a cultivator). Hydraulics should lift the loader and gravity will return it. Make sure the hydraulic oil reservoir is full, loader probably requires a lot. If the cylinder(s) have two outlets the one without a hose should be vented to allow air in and out.
