I have just bought my first baler - an NH 270 - from original owner, complete with manual. In going through the manual, I find a reference to the "tension rail" and BALE TENSION HANDLE. You turn this handle to regulate bale density. While everything else in the manual seems clear, I can find no reference as to the location of this BALE TENSION HANDLE. Can someone describe its location? Thanks!

Does anybody know where I can get a manual for the New Holland 270 Square Baler? New Holland says that they don't have any service manuals!

It's on the rear top of baler, right before bale comes out. There are two,one on top of the two springs.
