Who could I send an email to that might be able to give me a value on a 2-Disc Plow..with a small
rear disc (to knock the clods off when they roll!)
I have a couple of people interested in it...because it has a metal plate with the model and serial number on it and "DEARBORN"
and are there any magazines or other publications that list prices/values for older tractors and implements, parts etc??
Thanks so much!!!

That small disc on the back is a furror wheel to keep the plow straight in the furrow, nothing to do with clods. And in my part of the country a disk plow was never used. With a 2 disc unit you shopuld have a plowing (Cutting) width of 18". No place that gives prices but a lot of Ford collectors would like to have one.

Thanks for the info!!! The reason I thought the
small wheel in the back was to knock the dirt back down....is because thats what it did..I haven't seen it used in years and years....I think my Dad quit using it because it went so deep in the ground and was difficult to control.
Once he ran it through the garden...you had two rows that looked just like the ones done separately with a turning plow

Send your questions to the guys on the 2N, 8N, 9N forum - your implements are especially interesting to Ford owners. Plus the guys at that site know a lot about how much tractors and the equipment are selling for. It is this same site - just choose the other forum.
