Has any body had any success in rebuilding the lift clutch. I took mine apart cleaned it up , found some wear on the arm that holds the roller/dog , ground it down so the roller was a bigger dia than the arm, put it back together but it would always trip about an inch from going in to the slot.

Got sick of fooling with it so converted it to a 3pt. Is it possible that the teeth are worn that much, hard to tell with out a gage.

Oooh,I know where your coming from. The dog in the lift clutch has wore down on ours a couple of times.Tore the clutch apart and built it up with weld and ground it back into shape. It will either stay down, stay up,or hop up and down as you go.My blood pressure goes up about 50 points. There is a picture in the back of the owners manual showing a hydraulic lift option. Can't find one anywhere so I'm going to try to build one.
