Deere AW disk bearings

Was just wondering if you can get sealed bearings for this type of disk. The ones on the disk have seperate seals beside the bearing itself. Would this work as well or better than the current way it is.

I have an AW disc and it has sealed bearings in it. According to JD parts man the AW.s made after about 1962 or so came out with sealed ones.I don't know if you could put sealed bearings in the older model or not. You could check with JD parts and see.
