I BOUGHT A LANDPRIDE MOWER ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO. HAVE MOWED 3 TIMES SO FAR{ABOUT 8 ACRES EACH TIME.} THEY COST MORE THAN MOST BRANDS, BUT THEY ARE HEAVIER AND BETTER BUILT THAN EVEN THAT PIG BRAND.LANDPRIDE HAS A WEBSITE AS DOES THOSE PIGS CHECK THEM ALL OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. I HAVE A MF35 I PULL MINE WITH, IT,S A 6 FOOT MOWER. IF YOU HAVE THICK GRASS AND HILLS BETTER STICK WITH A 5 FOOTER. 72"IS ALL MINE WILL HANDLE.

BOB,

DON'T WASTE TIME ON ODDBALL BRANDS THAT YOU CAN'T GET PARTS FOR.

GO TO YOUR NEAREST BUSH HOG DEALER AND BUY SOMETHING OF VALUE THAT WORKS GREAT.

WHAT TRACTOR ARE YOU GOING TO PUT THE MOWER ON?

BOB,

DUE TO THE HIGH GEARING OF A 9N I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU BUY A 5' MOWER. ANYTHING BIGGER AND YOUR TRACTOR WON'T HANDLE IT.

AVERAGE RETAIL PRICES WITH SOLID TIRES. PNEUMATIC TIRES COST 25.00 MORE AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON ECONOMY UNITS. PRICES VARY FROM DEALER TO DEALER.

A BUSH HOG AIR TUNNEL SIDE DISCHARGE UNIT SELLS RETAIL FOR 1500.00. A SIDE DISCHARGE FLAT DECK UNIT SELLS RETAIL FOR 1451.00. A REAR DISCHARGE UNIT RETAILS FOR 1530.00. AND FINALLY AN ECONOMY 5'SIDE DISCHARGE UNIT SELLS FOR 1155.00.
