Hey, Ive found a s69 baler that was in really good condition that the owner was getting ready to send for scrap. Brought it home and everything seems to be in really good shape. I"ve found that New Holland has a prts book and operators manual reprints for this machine. Do I remember someone saying in here that some of the reprints dont have nearly the amount of info as the originals? Should I hold out for the original manuals on e-bay? Also, this baler doesnt have a kicker, Which model kickers will fit on this machine? Anything about this baler i should keep an eye on? The owner said it baled good when he last used it. Thanks Neal

I would certainly hold out for the maunual on E-bay. I just bought both tthe parts book and the owner's manual for a total of $18 with shipping.

Had one years ago. I thought it was a well designed baler. There are a lot faster balers now but it will make a 36" bale about every 15 strokes if you don't crowd it and will make a nice uniform bale when adjusted right. Baled a lot of bermuda with mine. Kinda would like to have another good one now.

Have a nice day
