Relative needs a new apron chain .Doesn't know what model, but it is ground driven. He will be on here later.Any help appreciated.

If you have standard links (eg #67) you can make your own chain or if you don't want all that expense at once, just replace the broken and obviously weakened links. The caveat is that overlooked weak links sometines break when spreading and you have to unload the spreader by hand to make the repair.

Suggest you measure the width of the spreader and count the number of cross slats to aid in your search if you can't find the model number.
