I have a "new" 2 row Covington planter on a Ferguson Pittsburgh style toolbar. I got all the parts with it, but I am not sure where to put the planters and shanks in order to be spaced properly behind my 8N tractor. Does anyone know or have a source for that information? Thanks

If you use both you will need to spread you tractor out to what we used to call 9' row width. This will enable you to cultivate what you plant later on. You center the planters and fertalizer hoppers so you can use same spacing on tool bar to set up your plows later on.

What crop are you planting and what will be your row spacing? That would be the first place to start.
