My Long 1200 leaks at the control valves. Does anyone know where to get a rebuild kit for these values? Is it possible to rebuild the valves? It has two lever controls.

Thanks,

Ken

Most likely your valve is made by one of three manufactures. They are Cross, Gresen or Prince. Do you have casting numbers?

All I could find was AICO and numbers for the each line 1 thru 8, also an IN/OUT in the casting.

There might be something on the backside that I can't see without removing the valves.

Leaks out the ends may be cured by some o-rings. Leaks at the cylinder controls can't be fixed. No rebuild possible. For my Long 1099 15 years ago, I made up a new valve with Cross SV series modules from Baum Hydraulics, Burden's Surplus, or Northern Tool. SSounds lik you have two joy sticks. My joy stick linkage was all worn out so I set them up with individual handles, but I see in the latest Burden's catalog that they have joysticks to fit the SV series modules.
