go to the dealer and have him look up the planter and options for it. you should be able to just weld anything up to make do for converting it to three point hitch. i'd try to just unbolt old stuff and bolt new stuff on so that you could put it back orgiinal if need be. measure any three point equipment you have to get some ideas on hwo far apart on pin to another is and you should be able to build you one. unless your using the fertlize hoppers on it it shouldn't weight to much and require alot of big steel pieces to make it work. i don't know if you'll have issues with to much down pressure on the front of the planter or not. to much would keep the drive wheels from touching the ground with enough force to create the right amount of friction to drive the units.
