Round baler hesston 5540

I bought a used 5540 Hesston round baller 2 years ago.I use it with a MF178.
When bale gets important, more than 30", power to apply from tractor becomes more and more important.
When bale diameter is about 40 to 50",I have to stop it. If not, bale may stop to rotate as PTO is an hydraulic one and may stop to rotate.
But I feel something abnormal on baler requires too much power.
When manually release spring pressure on it, all roller look normal.
Does any one has an idea about any reason for that, or any adjustment to do to reduce power need ?

I had a 5580 back when they were the newest thing out. traded up to a 560 , then a 565A and now a 956 all of them tend to use more horse power as bales get bigger. All the balers except the 956 could be pulled easily with a 930 case. the new one needs at least a 100 hp to run it well.

I have a Hesston 5500. It's supposed to take between 55 and 65 hp to run it. If your PTO is hydraulic it may just not have enough HP to do it.
