i need help on a danuser wood splitter the cyleder went out and would not go back in i think it is the return valve i possible spring any insight would be apperciated

You should check to see if there's fluid from that hose that retracts the piston when your control valve is put in the retract position. Place the hose in a clean container & hold it with one hand so it doesn't spray on you. Just do
it for a few seconds and release the control handle. If there's no fluid your control valve is probably defective. Hal
