IH Disc Plow Model Number?

I bought an old International Harvester two bottom disc plow. The casting in the middle of the frame is stamped 658 ?08 IH then some other symbols or letters. I can't read the 4th number.

I would really like some guidance on setting it up as well. I am pulling it with a Kubota L4400 4X4 with Front End loader.

200series--came in either 2 0r three point hitch. The first were made for the 300 utility--had two point with a third upper link. In my opinion the worest diak plow harvester ever made--for sure you nwill need a hard ground attachment.
