Bush Hog GHM 900 disc mower

I would like to know if anyone has or has used a GHM 900 disc mower. I have found a used one at a local dealer and need to know if they cause many problems. I cover about 70 ac 2 to 3 times a year. I will use it on a MF1085 cutting all types of hay for square baling.

Dad bought a used GHM 800 a few years back and haven"t had too many problems....but. They are a gear driven bar and if one gear goes bad you have to take the bar completely apart to fix it. We"ve replaced the end drum axle and have some leaks and replaced one of the gear bearings with not a whole lot of use. It does do a good job of cutting with a MF 255. If you search disc mowers here you can learn a lot about the different types and their inherent design problems.
