I"m wandering if John Deere built a front mounted buster for the MT. If they did can someone provide some information about how it mounts to the tractor. Pictures would also be helpful, thank you.

Are you talking about a LISTER or a BEDDER? Have only seen pictures and a couple at antique shows, never used in the midwest.

The front mounted buster is a bedder for putting up rows. The bedder is adjustable for different size rows for example 36", 38", 40", and 42". In the south, bedders are used for saving moisture during needed times.

A buster is used for putting up rows, also known as a bedder. A bedder is used to break up the soil's hard pan (loosening the soil) for better root growth. The buster looks sort of like a moldboard plow (one wing), but the buster as two wings.
