The original subject was "PTO buzz saw".

I also have several old buzz saws left to me by my grandfather and several piles of old fence posts that need cutting up! However, I just have a rebuilt JD 3010 with a rear PTO. Am looking for a right angle PTO drive w/pulley to attach to it....Is there such a critter out there? Is there another way I might utilize my PTO?
Thanks..Mike S.

Be Gad awful careful with those buzz saws - they've eaten lots of fingers, hands and more. They are just plane hazardous! Suggest you get a chainsaw.

Just a question, will a 3010 pulley also fit a 2520? Thanks Gordy

Yes, there is a pulley that bolts on over the PTO. You need the 1000 rpm shaft in place for it. By the way, I have a pulley.

Should fit a 2520 too. I'll check tomorrow. Also fits a 4020.
Is the 1000 rpm shaft on the tractor? I'm not sure about the 10 series as I've owned all 20s but on the 20 series it fits in a hole in the casting (sideways) above the pto.
Don't really know about price or how scarce they are. Quite heavy to ship. Where are you located? I'm in Pennsylvania.
