I am looking at a couple of different utility vehicles. One is a 04 Yamaha Rhino with a dealer rebuilt engine and the other is a Kazuma Mammoth. I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with either of these. The mammoth is a unit that is made in China but is exactly like a polaris ranger. I drove one yesterday and they really have a lot of get up and go. Any info would be appreciated. The mammoth is a new machine with a very good price.

I've had suspension problems with the Polaris- tie rod ends, etc...plus a bad experience with Polaris engine electrics. Plus the electric dump lift was super cheesy. My current utility vehicle is a 96 Geo Tracker, automatic trans so the kids can drive it. Not much bigger than the Polaris, heat in winter and A/C in summer - and it only cost me about a grand all in.

Always got good resale back on any Polaris or Jeep we had. The name brand makes a difference later on resale unless you are just going to run it till worn out and park it later for scrap and that's what the china ones will be later.
