Oliver BIllhook question

Got an Oliver 520 with some tying problems. Right knotter is giving me fits. Upon inspection, I found the billhook tongue(part that opens and closes) does not seat down completely when compared to the left knotter. For the life of me, I can't tell if the bill hook itself is bent or if the tongue is bent. Can either of these be tweaked back into shape or is it easier to get a whole new billhook?

It won't cost you any more than buying a new on if you try to poke it back in line. Trouble is that stuff likes to snap kind of easy.
I've pounded on mine a time or two and it worked.
