I recently picked up this disk, and was going to use it for my garden but it is just too big for what I need. I belive its about a 5 or 6 ft, and has some green paint on it, so I assume its a JD, but you can never be sure, so thats why Im asking here! Id like a manufacturer and a model number or any other identification tips, thanks.

Should also see JD with numbers on castings someplace. Looks like the JD model B horse drawn disk harrow on the front part and pony refers to the trailing gang behind it that could be unhooked if wanted. I see yours is missing the axle and wheels on front that was the tongue truck when pulling it with horses. The later J or JB series JD disk looked similar but didn't have seat, tongue truck or levers like yours does.

It does have a John Deere seat on it. It was originally horsedrawn. In my 1924 John Deere Pocket Ledger it is listed as a John Deere Pony Tractor Disc Harrow
