hay sweep

Has anyone here reversed a truck and mounted a haysweep on it to bring loose hay to the stacker?
We had one truck on the farm set up this way but it was gone by the time I was big enuf to run it.

Also has anyone mounted an F10 style Farmhand on a truck in the same manner. I think there were one or two in the neighborhood set up like this.

I have all the metal parts for one for the front of an N. Saved from my father's estate sale. All the wood is about gone. Anyone want it for a price?

Looks like I am 10 years too late. We had a small farm in central NE but had to retire. So had a sale and moved south to NM. I had a TO30 that the parts would have fit.

Years ago, we ran one on the front of a John Deere B for moving hay on the salt marsh here long the coast in Ma. It worked pretty good.

About 55 years ago my neighbor and my FIL both had
truck rear mounted ones My father had one mounted on the front of a Ford 8N

Thanks for the replys. Dad had one mounted on an F12 Farmall and later a TE20 Ferguson. And no,an F12 would not keep up with a B JD.
