I"m considering the Deere 835 as a replacement for a NH 479 Haybine. The Deere dealer has good support and is offering a good deal at this weekend"s equipment show. Do you have any comments or suggestions for an alternate?

Have a friend that farms a goodly amount and restores and sells farm equipment.

He boasts to have baled over 1 million square bales so that should give you an idea as to how much exposure he has had.

I asked him about his JD MOCO which he paid $19k for several years ago and he said he wouldn"t be without it. Don"t know the #.

His words not mine.

Mark

I haven't keep up with JD's newer mo-c0's but NH's older model mo-co's were always better than JD's IMHO and I'm not anti JD as I own JD tractors, plows and baler. Jim
