We are needing to find needles for a square bailer. I was told 37, 47, 430, or 440 would work. Do you have? Who could I call?

As long as UPS can deliver distance should not be the problem. Let me know how much you want and I will weigh the ones we have and call UPS in our area to see how much the shipping would be . Also,I will see if they want these boxed or taped together for shipping. What Zip Code are you so I can get a freight quote. Are these part # 667411R11 needles. Wire tie bailer parts that have the two rollers on the tip? Do you have a way of sending a digital picture? Look foward to your reply. Thanks

We continue to need two needles for a wire tie bailer. The bailer we have is a 47 wire tie. Other model bailer needles we found out would work. The needles part number are 667411R11. If anyone has needles and would like to sell let me know. We could also be interested in a bailer for parts or field ready. Let me know, Thanks.

The ones I have are for a twine baler. Is there a difference in needles? I have never worked with a wire tie before. Thanks.

I welded one up for my New Holland last nite to get caught up on stuff for next season....It went into 3 pieces last year...was welded before....

..matter of fact all of the ones I have are welded....I had bought a parts baler and it had welded ones...

I can usually get them pretty good ....Ill tack them together first..then v out the joint to get a better weld...then smooth up with a grinder....

lower middle tennessee. Distance may not be my problem. Finding some may be. This is a wire tir bailer. Another post said he may have some. Thanks Do you have some. They have two rollers on the tip on a wire tie.

I have(my dad has) a set off of a 45 that was used very little. We scrapped the baler but saved the needles since they were nearly new when we quit using it.

you had better have a new one to go by to do that. even then its very hard to do because when they are hit with the plunger it bends them up all over and the arc has to be perfect for them to work. they also have to be very flat after welding. never had any luck getting them right.
