Does anyone know where I might buy a used shavings blower in the northwest part Washington state?

Just watch the auctions. Our last blower came from a local auction for $35 and it works great. Any old silage blower will work, don't get too crazy and buy a newer IH 600 or similar blower with the big auger or one with the 2 spinning disks, they usually bring more money.

Buy an old one with a shaker pan like an old Kools or Hustler. Both great blowers, and we've had both.

Not sure, but make sure you use a metal pipe. Plastic pipes will build up static electricity and cold lead to a very bad day.

In our area people use old tired silage blowers.
