Just bought a 13 row . Good shape and has been used the past few years. No model plate and no setting chart. Has 2 squeese type levers to raise and lower for transport. would like to find out what model it might be for parts and for settings. Thanks

On left column check out implement photos entering JD grain drill, John Deere grain drill or Van Brunt grain drill for some pics to get an idea of what it might be. Single grain box? Combination grain and fertilizer box? Add on fertilizer or grass seed boxes? Disk or hoe openers? End wheel drill or rear press type drive wheels?

GREAT info... It is an FB137-A ... single disk both seed and fert. boxes and optional grass seed box.... need a few cups and disc cleaners to be perfect.

That would be a model FB-A with 13 openers at 7" spacings. JD dealers should be able to get parts for you and scrapers and disks are available aftermarket too at most farm supply places. Try JD dealer or call them direct at 1-800-522-7448 for manuals for a FB-A grain drill. If JD no longer has cups try salvage parts yards at epartsdirect.com or adeptr.com or Burrels JD if close to Oklahoma.
