Borrowed one once and hated it! Like said not going to work well in deep ruts like dragging a sled. You need the electric brakes and wiring on trailer and on pickup to keep it working right or you'll be out in mud playing with blocks behind tires. You can build one yourself with more clearance and a spear with hand winch or electric winch and same thing build one easy that fits on pickup bed using a winch if you don't have hydraulics.

The first thing I noticed is the lack of ground clearance for snow or mud but that may not be a factor for everybody.

Anyone have some more info on this, like where to buy one, name of the company that makes it, etc. My landlord has one of these that has to be 15-20 years old, still works good for him. He hauls his grass hay off of the pasture on the farm I rent from him, 50-75 bales a year, one bale at a time.
