Can someone give me a ballpark value of a farmhand f11 loader in good condition. I took it off a tractor I restored and need to sell it, but have no idea what it might be worth.
thanks for any help

I was wondering if an F 11 loader would be the right loader for a JD 720 gas and if they are hard to find, and install !!!!!

A good straight one with no welds, good eyes, no leaks, good hoses, PTO pump and tank is worth an easy $1500.

Good solid heads will usually run in at around $500 a pop.

I've seen junkers sell for $350 too, so pick your level. :>)

Allan,

Is it pretty common for the "knee" in the loader arm to break? I live just a couple miles from a tractor salvage yard that has 4 or 5 F-11 loaders and every one of them is busted up & scab-plated around that knee where the lift cylinder attaches.

Is that an inherent weakness with the F-11 or is that severe abuse?

This guy wants $1500 - $2k for most of them - sometimes no tank or pto pump & torn up buckets.

I think I live in the wrong part of the country!

Nathaniel

Yeah, ya see a lot of that.

Not the loader's fault; that is caused by someone cowboyin' the thing into a frozen silage pile or rammin' into the manure. Speed into an immovable object and something has to give. So, that knee bends upwards and cracks across the top side.

Nice ones are getting harder and harder to find.
