New Idea 12a spreader beater chain problem

I've been having a time with the chain falling off the big sprocket (on the right, from the back) that drives the big, back paddle beater bar. Then I noticed that the sprockets on the left side are about the same tooth arrangement and that the chain driving the top beaters is different than the chain that drives the big paddle bar. The number on the chain that drives the top beaters is NI62, and it appears that the same size or number chain would drive the back paddle beater too. Is the correct chain for driving the beater paddles a #62? The chain thats on there doesn't fit on the sprocket well and works it way off no matter what I do with the tensioner. This was a used 300$ spreader I picked up so I dont know its history or what the correct chains would be.

Scott, My belt chain for the paddle beaters (the chain on the right side of the spreader when you are standing in the back looking forward) appears to have holes that are 7/8" by 7/8", while the belt chain for the top beaters (on the left side) appears to have holes 1" by 1".
