Hi All , I took my Little Genius 3-16" plow out and used it Sunday . The clutch lift worked great but the landsides are worn plum out and it doesn't have a heel on the worn out rear landside . So it didn't pull very well . I couldn't get the rear to stay in the ground . It finally dawned on me that there wasn't any suck left in the point of the quick change share . I took it back to the house and put a straight edge under it and sure enough that was it . So I changed that out with another good one I had and made numerous other changes also . I have a question and a request . First the request , I need a rear landside and heel . Near as I can tell from my parts book I need a long landside ( 0 2024 ) new # 514828R11 and a heel ( PO327A ) new # 725414R1 which is listed as NLA by dealer lists . A real good used set will work for me . Or a aftermarket company . Now the question , How does the land wheel fit into controlling the depth the plow cuts ? Thanks in advance ! ...Randy

Just take an old plow share and weld it on for landslide. Low heat on welder and tack it here and there. It don't take much to hold it on and you can just knock it off if you want to. Answer to ?. The land wheel don't control depth of plow but rather it is adjusted to get plow to run level. Any time you adjust plow depth with furrow wheel you need to adjust land wheel to get plow running level. I suspect your problem of rear of plow not staying in has more to do with adjustment than worn landslides. I have said this many times before and cannot stress enough that plow needs to run level from front to back and side to side. Good luck, The Flying Belgian.
