I use a 4 inch grinder if it needs to be set I
use two hammers hold one against the blade close to
a tooth and rap the tooth with the other. I don't think it is to critical for buzzing fire wood.

Just use a flat file on the teeth and for the set lay it in a solid block and use a hammer on each tooth, if you set it correctly on a block you cannot give a tooth more set than it is supposed to have like can be done with that wrench, also if the slot for the teeth needs depening there is what is called a gumming wheel for that purpose. I need to do all that on my saw and the gumming wheel is still hanging on the wall of the shop.

Forgot to add that for each tooth count the strokes of the file and onlt file towards the set of the tooth, never into the set of the tooth

Use 4" angle grinder with 120 grit wheel. Turn blade backwards on shaft, and use the table for a "rest" to control the use of the grinder. Don't grind the top of the tooth, but rather the vertical surface. If you choose to "set" the teeth, do that before sharpening. But if there is decent "set" already, all that's necessary is the sharpening. Take only enough material to put a sharp point on the tooth.

I just use a flat file to sharpen and a adjustable wrench to set the teeth. It's about like sharpening a chain saw you just have to develop a feel for it. Works for me.
