What you have is an early John Deere plow. John Deere owned the Syracuse Chilled Plow works . I believe it operated into the 1940's.

1450 is a designation for a 16" right hand Syracuse plow Bottom. What you are telling us seems to indicate you have a tractor plow. John Deere bought Syracuse Plow works before they were making parts for tractor plows. If you could post a picture it would speed things up, but just a description with numbers would help. Things like wheels, beam(s) and hitch will point toward more info for you. For example I am GUESSING you have two steel wheels with spokes, a frame made of rectangular steel stock, and two levers for adjustment. Somewhere there should be more numbers, let us know.

When you say "I just have the plow" I take it you MEAN you just have the plow bottom. The term "plow" refers to the whole implement, that can be used with horse or tractor power. You apparently have just the bottom or maybe just the moldboard. Some cast Syracuse moldboards did indeed have cast on ribs or "stripes" and while less common now, they are still around and were made while under the ownership of John Deere. These moldboards will fit Syracuse bottom assemblies with the 1450 designation and were used on many different plow implements.
