Hooked up tractor to baler today to bale last patch for the year and when turned monitor on it was showing full bale and started the tieing process. Baler was still in shed and not been turned on
Kicked baler on, lifted gates, still same problem. Checked connections on monitor, everything looked ok. Cleaned off the sensor at the size bale gauge. After opening and closing the baler several times the full bale symbol went away and seems to be ready to go now. Going to bale tomorrow.
Any idea what the problem could have been and is something going out that needs replaced? Looked in my manual and could not find anything about.
thanks

Baled today and first 15 bales no problems. But after that I getting a full bale indicator all the time, and when it goes to tie it goes in tie postion but will not move the tie bars back across the bale. Any ideas?

Don't know anything 'bout your setup, but that just "rings" of a bad full switch or shorted wires to that switch.
